NGDF’s internal control system is designed to get reasonable assurance about efficiency and effectiveness of operations. It also includes reliability of financial data, compliance of applicable rules, regulations and practices. NGDF believes that control is important to achieve the objectives and to share those concepts to staff at all levels. Clear policies and procedure, associated documentation process, table of authority, segregation of duties including roles, responsibilities and ethics of all staffs are tuned with the control system. Besides that, NGDF periodically revises that system in order to adjust them with changing circumstances. At the top of it, exists Executive Committee to ensure internal control and transparency in the organization.
