Our projects are developed after assessing target communities’ needs analysis and prioritization collected information either by talking verbally or listening to their issues, primary and secondary information related to the issues. However, information from other sources also supplements during the project design, development, and implementation phases. It follows the IAPEC model (Inclusion, Advocacy, Participatory, Empowerment, and Capacity Building).
